What ages are the activities suitable for?
Activities are created for 3-5 year olds (although my toddler - 2 years enjoy them too*)
*Supervision is required at all times and activities are not suitable for under 3's due to small parts and risk of choking.
What’s included in the box?
4 x individually packed, fun-filled activities with everything you need to enjoy them straight out of the box. Enjoy getting creative with an arts and crafts activity, explore your senses with a messy sensory play activity, take on a challenge and enjoy a skill boosting game and enjoy the activity booklet & stickers jam packed with puzzles, colouring & more!
Can I send as a gift?
Yes, you can buy a 3/6/12 month gift subscription or you can choose to gift a any available past themed playtime boxes and one-off specials from my shop.
Can I buy a one off box?
Yes, you can buy any available past themed playtime boxes and one-off specials from my shop.
How Do I Pay?
Payment is by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe (www.stripe.com)
How Much Does The Subscription Box Cost?
Choose from 3 plans, starting from £16.90 per month including shipping. The longer you commit the lower your monthly cost, or if you would prefer not to commit you can buy a one-off boxes in my shop.
Why was my Subscription renewed?
Tot's Playtime Box Monthly Subscription is an ongoing service & renews automatically on the 1st of each month until cancelled or paused.
What happens when my commitment term ends?
Your Tot's Playtime Box Monthly Subscription will continue to renew automatically on the 1st of each month until cancelled or paused. Once your commitment term has ended your are on a monthly rolling contract and can cancel anytime.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, there is the option to suspend your subscription, you can pause for up to 6 months, after which it will automatically reinstate.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
The minimum term for your subscription either 1, 6 or 12 month’s depending on your plan. After this you can cancel at anytime via your online account. Please note each committment term is for a period of months not boxes (for more information on commitment terms please see our Terms & Conditions)
Once your commitment term has passed, to ensure you do not get charged for the next month please cancel your subscription before the end of the current month.
When Will I Receive My First Box?
If you have subscribed to the Tot's Playtime Box Monthly Subscription your 1st Tot’s Playtime Box will be dispatched as follows depending on your order date:
- Orders received between 1st to 7th will be dispatched between 8th-10th
- Orders received after will be dispatched within 72 hours.
Subsequent renewals will be dispatched between 8th-10th of each month via Royal Mail with payment being taken on 1st of each month.
All other orders will be dispatched within 72 hours Monday to Friday unless stated otherwise when ordering.
Where do you ship from?
All order are processed and dispatched from Hingham, Norfolk, UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we only ship within the UK at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in your monthly fee for Tot’s Playtime Box Monthly Subscription. All other orders will be charged for shipping and sent via Royal Mail.
I have changed my mind, can I return my order?
Our returns policy is 30 days, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org
I Haven't Received My Box, What Do I Do?
If you haven't received your box within 1o days of your order completed email, please contact email@example.com
My item has arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number along with photo's of your damaged/faulty item and an exchange or refund will be arranged.
