1. Dispatch

1.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days unless otherwise stated on the website. Exceptions to dispatch times include the pre-order and back-order of products plus during peak shopping times such as discount sales and holidays.

1.2. You order will be sent as per the shipping option chosen at checkout. Expected delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping – 3-5 days
• Express Shipping – 1-2 days

2. Carriers

2.1.Orders will be shipped via one of the following carriers depending on the size & weight of the package.

• Royal Mail
• Evri
• DPD

3. Issues

3.1. If you order doesn’t arrive when expected please wait 10 days from receiving your dispatch confirmation before contacting us hello@totsplaytimebox.co.uk

3.2 – If you order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately including your order number and images of the damage and we will offer you an exchange or refund.
