Monthly Subscription
1. payment and pricing
1.1. The price of subscription will be as quoted on the website at the point of signing up, except in cases of obvious error.
1.2. We may change the price of subscription from time to time; however, any price changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you via email.
1.3. Payment is by credit or debit card, processed by stripe (www.stripe.com) . we will charge your card at the point you sign up, and then on subsequent renewal dates for the lifetime of the membership until cancelled unless purchasing a Gift Subscription.
1.4 Payments will show on your statement at **totsplaytimebox**
1.5. Tot’s Playtime Box accepts no liability for banking charges incurred as a result of the subscription fee being taken
2. Renewal & Cancellation
2.1. Tot’s Playtime Box subscription is an ongoing service, so your subscription is continuous and renews automatically until you cancel it.
2.2. Your 1st payment will be taken upon purchase & then your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month, payment will automatically be taken on your renewal date.
2.3. If your payment fails at renewal, it will automatically be re-tried every 24 hours up to 5 times. If the payment isn't successful on the 5th retry then your subscription will be automatically skipped for that month and you will not receive your box. Your subscription will then reactivate for your next renewal payment on 1st of the following month. You can update your payment details or cancel your subscription by clicking 'Manage' in the 'My Subscriptions' section of your 'Account'.
3. Minimum Term
3.1 The minimum terms for subscriptions will be dependent on which plan you chose upon signing up. Please note each committment term is for a period of months not boxes.
For your reference:
- 12 months comittment plan, you may cancel after 12 months
- 6 months comittment plan, you may cancel after 6 months
- 1 month comittment plan, you may cancel after 1 month
For example: If you subscribe and complete checkout on 21st of the month, you will be unable to cancel before the 21st of the month (1/6/12 months later depending on your plan.) After your 1st box, you will be charged on 1st of the following month and each month until your commitment term ends.
3.2. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so via the ‘my subscription’ section of your account. once your commitment term has ended.
Please note you will need to cancel your subscription before your next payment is taken for the following months box.
3.3. Tot’s Playtime Box may still contact you following cancellation of membership in accordance with our privacy policy
3.4. Alternatively you can choose to pause (suspend) your subscription for up to 6 months, this can be done in the ‘my subscription’ section of your account. your subscription will be reactivated after 6 months & you will continue to renew monthly.
Gift Subscriptions
1.1. The Tot's Playtime Box Gift Subscription expires 12 months after purchase, after which the subscription will become invalid and no longer available for use.
1.2.Tot's Playtime Box Gift subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
1.3. Tot's Playtime Box Gift Subscriptions cannot be redeemed in whole or part in cash nor may be used in conjunction with any other offer.
One Time Purchases

2. Refunds & Returns
2.1 Digital Products & Services with Karen Sidell of Tot’s Playtime Box are non-refundable. For all other products please see our Refund Policy.
2.2. Tot’s Playtime Box reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the products and services if the need arises.
Refund Policy
1. Returns
1.1. Our policy lasts 30 days. if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your item is faulty.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
1.3. We are unable to return personalised items unless they are faulty.
1.4. To return your product, you should email karen@totsplaytimebox.co.uk
1.5. Once approved mail your product to: 1 The Fields, Hingham, Norfolk, NR9 4JG, United Kingdom.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the status of your refund.
2.2. Your original payment method will be credited.
3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
3.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
3.2. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at karen@totsplaytimebox.co.uk
4. Sale Items (if applicable)
4.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at karen@totsplaytimebox.co.uk and send your item to: 1 The Fields, Hingham, Norfolk, NR9 4JG, United Kingdom.
5.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Products
1. No Resale Permitted
1.1 It is not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the products and services (including course materials), or access to any courses or material.
2.Safety and Liabilty
2.1. Tot’s Playtime Box services & products are used at your own risk. All resources and items have been tested to conform to EN71 Toy Regulation standards and it is advised that the activities are not suitable for children under 36 months due to risk of choking.
2.2 Karen Sidell and Tot’s Playtime Box will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from, including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of the products or services.
3. Comments, Compliments and Complaints
3.1. Karen strives to provide a high-quality service that meets your needs. If you have enjoyed working with Karen and you feel that you and your family have benefited from her expertise, please consider leaving a video or written review.
3.2. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service Karen has provided, within the terms and conditions stated here, then in the first instance, please contact Karen personally, who will try to resolve the dissatisfaction. Karen is fully insured for her work and products.
