Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

LThese Terms and Conditions have been created to ensure a smooth collaboration, by making Tot’s Playtime Box Affiliate Programme requirements clear and upfront.

Please read the entire agreement. By applying for Tot’s Playtime Box Affiliate Programme you agree that you have read and understand this agreement.

Tot’s Playtime Box Affiliate programme offers the following benefits following a successful application.

20% commission on orders received directly from your unique URL given once your application is approved.

1. Application

1.1 Tot’s Playtime Box Affiliate programme requires you to complete an application form to become an Affiliate. You must provide us with accurate information regarding who you are and/ or platforms you intend to promote Tot’s Playtime Box.

1.2 Your application will be reviewed manually in order to assess whether we’d make a good fit and you will be notified whether you have been accepted to participate in the Affiliate Programme, or not. Before we accept an application, we may want to review your application with you, so we may reach out to you for more information. The review process can take up to 5 business days and you will be notified via email with our decision.

1.3 By becoming an Affiliate you agree to receive occasional emails from Tot’s Playtime Box regarding changes in the Affiliate programme Terms and Conditions, news and updates or other information relevant to you as a Tot’s Playtime Box Affiliate.

1.4 If accepted you will receive a unique discount code to share with your social media content, this will give your followers a discount off their order and is only valid once per customer.

2. Requirements

2.1 In order to receive the above benefits you agree to:

· Actively like, comment & share Tot’s Playtime Box/Tot’s Playtime Box posts

· Post clear, uncluttered & appealing photo’s and videos regularly on your social media accounts (minimum twice a month) Acceptable content is posts, reels/tiktoks & stories

· Give permission for all content created by you, relating to Tot’s Playtime Box & shared on your social media to be used by Tot’s Playtime Box for marketing purposes including but not limited to website, social media and printed materials such as leaflets, brochures and media publications.

2.2 The following promotional methods are permitted:

· Giving your Affiliate URL & Code directly to your friends, family or potential customers (if you run a business) that might be interested in Tot’s Playtime Box products;

· Writing a review or article on your blog or website (if applicable) about Tot’s Playtime Box and linking to our product with your Affiliate URL & Code

· Using your social media accounts to share your Affiliate URL & Code with your audience (side note: make sure this is a practice permitted by the respective social network and that you comply with their Terms and Conditions as well);

· Promoting your Affiliate URL & Code in emails (if a applicable), so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or website and they have the option to remove themselves from future mailings;

· Podcast mentions of your Affiliate URL & Code.

2.3 There are certain promotional methods we do not tolerate and will have your benefits terminated; shall you engage in such activities:

· Spamming (in any form and/ or on any platform/ channel, includes but is not limited to: unsolicited promotional email, mass commenting on websites, posting your Affiliate URL & Code on groups and forums where it’s not permitted, sending unsolicited direct messages etc);

· Misrepresenting our brand and product in any way (includes but is not limited to: misleading customers or using false information about our product, using fake testimonials, pretending you are an employee of Tot’s Playtime Box or that you are Tot’s Playtime Box, concealing or misrepresenting your identity or your affiliation to our business etc);

· Using paid advertising for your Affiliate URL & Code

· Placing your Affiliate URL & Code on any coupon websites.

Again, this is not an exhaustive list and we reserve the right to terminate your account whenever we consider your promotional activities are not aligned with our business values. If you are unsure whether a particular promotional method is accepted, please contact us in advance for confirmation.

3. Commission & Bonuses

3.1 Standard commission rate is 20% commission on each order received directly via your unique URL.

3.2 Commissions are only paid on orders that are not subject to any refunds. A 30 day grace period is applicable on all orders placed before the commission becomes eligible for payment. Commissions that are within the 30 day grace period are not taken into account when processing payouts.

3.3 A minimum payment amount of £5.00 is applicable for to be eligible for a payout. Eligible commission totals must reach £5.00 or above to receive a payment. Any commissions that do not reach the minimum amount will roll over to the next month.

3.4 Eligible Commissions will be paid monthly in arrear and your total commissions will be calculated and paid via paypal on 5^th of the following month. You will receive a statement of commissions via email for your records.

3.5 Extra bonuses & incentives may be offered during certain promotional periods and will be communicated to you via email.

3.6 We reserve the right to lower or increase our standard commission at any moment and for any reason. You shall be notified via email 30 days in advance before such changes go into force.

4.Termination

4.1 The Affiliate programme may be withdrawn at anytime as a whole or to individual Affiliates. If so 30 days’ notice via email will be given and all discounts/bonuses owed will be paid at the end of the notice.

4.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate your agreement at any moment and without any previous notice, shall we consider that you breached any Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Any pending or unpaid commissions that are subject to your violation of our Terms and Conditions will be withheld.

4.4 Once your agreement/contract has ended or been terminated Tot’s Playtime Box still reserves the right to use any content relating to Tot’s Playtime Box & created & shared on your social media. The content will continue to be used by Tot’s Playtime Box for marketing purposes including but not limited to website, social media and printed materials such as leaflets, brochures and media publications.

5. Final Notes

5.1 Terms and Conditions are subject to change and you will be notified in advance about such changes.
